DENTAL IMPLANTS

Dental implants are a procedure that is used to replace damaged or lost teeth. A small titanium screw is inserted into your jaw at the site of your missing or damaged tooth, that works as a support for a crown. Our procedure of dental implants is so advanced and apt, that the implant is almost indistinguishable from the natural surrounding teeth. Once, the supporting tissues and bone fuses with the implant, the implanted crown is permanently secured into place. You will only need to practice diligent oral hygiene during the initial implant replacement period and once the procedure is complete, you can get back to your regular dental care routine.

We at INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC specialize in dental implants and provide you with proper guidance and support on the procedure that best suits you and you get back your smile of life.

We have a team of experts to perform the procedure who are:

  • Highly trained with specific training in placing implants
  • Have solid background and testimonials from previous patients
  • Belong to specialists’ professional bodies

To start your journey to a complete smile, we at INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC, are here to look after your teeth and oral health. We offer a free consultation for our dental implant services. Contact us today to book your next check-up and see what we can do to improve your smile.

IMPLANT SUPPORTED/RETAINED DENTURES

Losing a tooth will no longer seem like a life sentence. With INTEGRTED WELLNESS CLINIC, it is possible to get your lost teeth replaced with either denture that relies on bonding or clasping on teeth or dental implants.

Dentures are normally prosthetic devices that are constructed to replace missing teeth. They are normally supported by the surrounding hard and soft tissues of the oral cavity. If you are looking for a new tooth in a day to transform your lost teeth or hold dentures into a confidence-boosting smile, INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC is here for you. We will make sure that your self-esteem remains high and you improve your social connections with your gorgeous smile. We provide all that you need to get you talking, smiling, and laughing with confidence. Our implant-supported denture is an over-denture that is supported by and attached to implants. Unlike the regular denture which rests on the gums, this type of denture is supported by implants. This form of treatment is recommended who do not have teeth in the jaw that can support the denture. You however must have enough bone in the jaw to support the implants. The implant-retained dentures normally have attachments that snap on attachments on the implants.

When you will have your dentures held in place by our procedure, you can enjoy:

  • Improved confidence while you speak and eat
  • You can enjoy all foods that you love, without the fear of prosthetics slipping out of place
  • No worries of mumbling or slurring in speech

At INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC, we ensure that our implant supported dentures improve your overall oral health too. Following tooth loss, the jawbone can begin to degenerate, as it stops receiving stimulation from the roots of a natural tooth. Our procedure replaces a tooth's root, maintaining the levels of your jaw bone and giving you a healthy and superb-looking jaw.

DENTURES AND CROWN & BRIDGES

If you have one or more than one missing teeth, you may require artificial replacements. There are removable options like dentures that you can take out and clean, but those can slide around, shift, or fall out – which understandably won't fly for you.

At INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC, we do crowns affixed to dental implants and natural teeth which function more like your actual teeth. Between crown, implants and bridges, which option is the best choice for you?

We have broken down the similarities, differences, advantages, and disadvantages between these two fixed artificial tooth options so that even if you have an artificial tooth or two, you'll have a smile that's as real as it can be.

A dental crown can cap an individual's damaged or decaying tooth or be placed on top of a dental implant to replace a missing tooth. Dental implants are metal fixtures, surgically fastened to your jawbone below the gums. These metal implants become anchored to your bone through osseointegration (the bone fuses to the metal). This process provides stable support you can rely on while eating and speaking.

Bridges, on the other hand, are solely used to replace missing teeth. They have two crowns – one on either end – and a bridge of replacement teeth that rest in the area of the gums where there is tooth loss. The crowns at the ends of a bridge can be cemented to existing teeth (that need to be filed down by us to fit correctly), or we can also attach them to the dental implants.

Sometimes crowns and bridges can become loose or fall out from the damage caused by chewing hard foods, ice, or other hard objects. Dental disease that causes tooth or bone loss is another reason crowns or bridges may loosen over time.

By practicing good oral hygiene, however, crowns and bridges can last a lifetime. Brush at least twice a day, floss or clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or water flossers at least once a day, and consider using other helpful products like antimicrobial mouth rinses and tongue scrapers. Be sure to see us for regular cleanings – not only to keep your teeth pearly white and bacteria-free but also to check the health of your crown or your bridge. Whether we decide on a crown or a bridge for your replacements, we at INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC will ensure that you smile to perfection with your new teeth.

Digital Smile Designing:

Smile Design refers to the customized combination of cosmetic dentistry services to achieve your smile goals. At INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC, we have streamlined and digitalized the makeover. The smile design method is a highly technical process that requires great skill and experience to achieve a natural result.

Digital smile design is an exciting new concept in dental technology that we offer to our patients. Whether you have crooked, chipped, cracked, discolored, or misaligned teeth, our services will let you choose and view your new smile before any treatment is commenced.

At INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC, we conduct these procedures with:

Enhanced Digital Photography – The beginning of designing your smile starts with great photos of you as you are now.

Video Analysis – Studies have shown that lip movements in natural speech are very different from those in a posed smile. We often don't see ourselves as others do, so a short video clip helps us to see how your smile relates to your face in normal speech.

Smile Design Analysis – Designing changes to your smile we begin with the end in mind. We combine this knowledge with all the wonders of modern dentistry to find a solution that works from an aesthetic perspective, as well as biologically. This is then translated to our team of ceramists, dental technicians, and specialists who can advise on all aspects as required and contribute to the blueprint of your smile.

Test Drives –It lets you (and us) preview how your final smile will look. At this stage, decisions can be made about tooth length, shape, and color.

Final Preparation Design – Final smile designs are agreed upon, and you are informed how much your treatment will cost and how long it will take to complete. You will also be given any relevant information with regards to preparations.

Predictable Results – Using Digital Smile Design, when treatment is complete, we will capture photography and video, but this time, you won’t stop smiling!

COSMETIC DENTAL PROCEDURES (VENEERS, PORCELAIN LAMINATES, TOOTH JEWELLERY)

If your teeth are stained, discolored, worn, chipped, broken, misaligned, misshapen, or have gaps between them, INTERGATED WELLNESS CLINIC’s, modern cosmetic dentistry can give you a better smile. A “smile makeover” improves the appearance of your smile through one or more cosmetic dentistry procedures. Cosmetic dentists work with you to develop a treatment plan. Below you’ll find some information that can help you know about the various types of cosmetic dental procedures available with us:

Dental Veneers

Dental Veneers are the most sought after and highly demanded cosmetic dental procedures. They have been there for decades, and are thin layer of tooth colored composites that fit over the structure of your teeth.

Porcelain Laminates

Porcelain Laminates are thinner shells of porcelain, adhered to the outside surface of your tooth that mimics the light reflecting properties of natural teeth. The procedure is done by gently removing a thin layer of enamel of your tooth, and then the impression is taken. The impression is worked on at the dental lab to give you a temporary veneer until the permanent ones are made at the lab. INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC's dental laminates are perfect for people who have dark staining which doesn’t go away with bleaching, as well as chipped or fractured front teeth or midline diastema (gap between your front teeth). This porcelain laminate is both gums tolerant and stain-resistant. Once they bond with your healthy tooth, these porcelain laminated teeth are extremely strong and durable.

Tooth Jewellery

A smile can brighten any face, and an extraordinary smile can make you look extremely attractive. White and bright teeth can make you look beautiful and level up your confidence. If you are looking for a stylish smile, you should consider getting ‘blinged’ with INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC’s tooth Jewellery.

Tooth jewellery is an adornment that is set on the front of your tooth. This style of rage lets you express your uniqueness through your smile, making it progressively one of a kind and fashionable. There is a wide range of jewellary designs to select from, and you can take your pick depending on your state of mind, or what you wish to express with your smile. You can have your birthstone, your preferred color, or an appeal that speaks to a hobby or component of your personality.

Composite Bonding/ Restorations

Composite bonding refers to the repair of decayed, damaged, or discolored teeth using material that resembles tooth enamel color. Your dentist drills out the tooth decay then apply the composite onto the tooth's surface, and then "sculpts" it into the right shape before curing it with a high-intensity light. Also referred to as "bonding," this procedure effectively covers the tooth's damage and gives the appearance of a healthy tooth in its place. Bonding is one of the least expensive cosmetic dentistry procedures available to patients with tooth decay, chipped or cracked teeth, and worn-down edges.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is one of our most popular cosmetic dentistry procedures. It can be performed at our clinic, often in a single visit. Our dental hygienist will first remove plaque, tartar, and other debris from each tooth's surface, restoring its natural appearance. The teeth can then be whitened with a bleaching agent to achieve an even lighter shade than their original color. Over the years, teeth become stained and worn from food, drinks, medication, and personal habits such as smoking. This product works to whiten teeth more than three shades over two weeks and optimal results within four weeks.

PEDO & ORTHOCARE

Screening of your child's dental health should be done before the age of seven, or even earlier. It helps diagnose any visible problems and concerns. Taken care of early, many dental and dental cosmetic-related concerns can be corrected in time. Some problems may be more difficult to correct at a later age after the permanent teeth come out. Children are otherwise, very shy about the look of their smile, especially if they have cracked, chipped, or underdeveloped teeth. INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC provides cosmetic dental care options for children to help restore the integrity of their teeth and improve their smiles to build their self-confidence.

Based on your child's needs, there are a variety of dental procedures that INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC may recommend.

Types of Cosmetic Dental Procedures for children offered at INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC:

Fillings/ Restorations

Composite fillings and Glass Inomer Cement (GIC), also known as white fillings, are one of the most basic forms used to restore decay. After tooth decay is cleaned and removed, fillings are applied to the tooth in layers. The dentist will shape and polish the surface to match the color of the tooth.

Bonding

Dental bonding uses tooth-colored composite resin to replace missing tooth structures or hide minor defects like chips, discoloration, or irregular spacing. After the tooth is prepared and cleaned, the resin is applied and a special blue light tool is used to help it adhere to the tooth's surface.

Veneer

Veneers are typically used for teeth that have large fillings or for underdeveloped teeth, like peg laterals. They are custom-made with composite resin to cover only the front surface of teeth. They are bonded adhesively and can improve teeth that are chipped, discolored, misaligned, uneven, worn down, or abnormally spaced.

Crowns

Crowns are tooth-shaped caps made from composite/polycarbonates/stainless steel/zirconia material used to cover largely damaged, cracked, or chipped teeth. When cemented into place, they fully cup over a portion of the tooth and reach the gum line. Crowns can help strengthen the integrity of the tooth and can last for several years.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening can help improve the color of teeth and generally occur after plaque, tartar, and other debris are cleaned from the surface of the teeth. If your child is concerned about the color of their teeth let's discuss the options.

RCT, SCALING & POLISHING

Tooth Cleaning and Polishing

Teeth Cleaning treatment is required when your teeth become too yellowish or brownish. It usually occurs due to the development of plaque or tartar on it. The process of teeth cleaning involves, cleaning the teeth with the spray of water and dental solution mixture. It makes the teeth look cleaner. The plaque and tartar are removed from the teeth with the help of the Teeth Cleaning and Polishing method. The gum can also get infected due to plaque development, so the proper focus is made here during this treatment. In case of more bacterial development of the teeth causes the problem of plaque.

RCT – Root Canal Treatment

Root Canal treatments are advised when the bacterial development in the gums/oral cavity reaches into the pulp of the tooth affecting your nerves and blood vessels supplying to your teeth. In root canal treatment, the infected pulp area is removed and cleaned. The pulp area is then filled with suitable biodegradable and biocompatible material. Root canal treatment helps to retain the teeth in the position.

Teeth Whitening and Bleaching

In Teeth whitening or bleaching, the discoloration of the teeth is done. This treatment helps to remove the stains from the stained teeth. Specific dental chemical agents are used by dental experts during the teeth whitening process. Generally, 40 to 60 minutes are incurred for this treatment. When the brownish or yellowish layer gets developed on the tooth surface, the tooth gets stained. Generally, the stains occur due to the outer surface, inner surface, or growing age of the person. The stain on the teeth does not give a better appearance to anyone.

Enamel Bonding

Dental bonding is a great procedure for people who have deeply stained or chipped teeth. The composite bonding material is typically the same which is used for white dental fillings. This material is mouldable, which means your dentist can shape the material to fit the ideal, beautiful shape you want. The drawback of this procedure (and why a lot of people choose veneers instead) is because the lifespan of the enamel bonding isn't nearly as long as dental veneers.

Enamel Abrasion

This procedure is another way to remove discoloration. The procedure uses fine pumice in a micro-abrasion machine to remove surface stains. This removes superficial stains from tobacco products, wine, soda, and coffee. Enamel abrasion doesn’t work for intrinsic stains, or stains inside the tooth, though. We at INTEGRATED WELLNESS CLINIC know which stain removal procedure is best for you.
