Position Summary:
For a young, growing organization like ours, an Associate in the research and content development team, plays an important role.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
– Engaging in competition analysis, campaigns, and site updates
-Maintaining confidentiality of information.
-Performing other duties as designated as and when the need arises.
-Align individual goals with the goals of the organization.

Requirements:
– Fresher or minimum 6 month experience in the customer service industry.
– Ability to work long hours/additional hours as and when required.
– Ability to think on one’s feet quickly.
– Conflict resolution skills.

– Ability to stay calm and get the tasks assigned done even on days where we experience high work volumes.
– Ability to work in a team environment.
– Ability to meet targets.
– Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Pay range:
Stipend 10K monthly
On successful completion of internship offer for full-time job.
