Cancellation

If you terminate your membership you will not receive a refund for the period in which you have used the membership. You are financially responsible for the package membership fee until you notify Integrated Wellness that you are terminating your membership.You may cancel your membership to Integrated Wellness as follows:

By an email: Send an email Bills@IntegratedWellness.in the email account you have used to register with Integrated Wellness. Please specify within the body of the message your reason to cancel the membership. Be sure to include your first and last name and Integrated Wellness username.

In Short Cancellation Policy Integrated Wellness
Registration: Registrations would be confirmed only on the receipt of payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A 20% surcharge will be levied for treatment done after office hours.
  • A 24 hours – notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling.
  • Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fees.
  • Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment charged will apply.

Cancellation and Transfer:

If you are unable to attend, a substitute person in the family is welcome at no extra charge, but informed with first 7 days from the starting of the plan. Cancellations received on three day in advance from the date of program start, will incur 50% charge of tax inclusive rate. The company regrets that no cancellations will be accepted after the start date; however, a credit note will be issued. (valid for three month) if inform and approved by Integrated Wellness.

Multiple discount offers cannot be combined.

Integrated Wellness reserve the right to vary the program and dietician.

Integrated Wellness reserves the right to reject registrations.This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India.
